log in log out not working what complete idiots give them a call
Getting the log in request every time I try to place a bet on the new platform. Oddly, I have placed exchange multiples on the old platform easily enough, shown and registered in my account.
Using the old stable platform. I have just placed matched bets there and they show on my account
not working again - wants me to log in continually - fecking shyte

dont be silly its usually an hour or more before they tell us they have a problem
Actually Piston, it's normally an hour before their brains register the problem as they sit staring blankly at the screens, chewing very slowly.
I could still post bets on mobile a few minutes ago - give it a try.
I have tried putting bets on for tennis and it keeps asking me to log in even though I have a dozen times and tried using Google Chrome and Firefox, just going to try Gruss, hope it's OK. I would like to see one of their insincere apologies, cos that makes everything better.
Even tried the standard IT solution for everything, switch off at wall and re try! Logged in - try to place a bet - please log in. Obviously working for some as prices keep changing on my screen.
can't log on with Gruss, says general API error, it did that earlier and I thought it had just logged out, as it only seems to stay logged on for about half an hour if you don't use it.
Betfair, please sort out this site and revert the automatic log off to earlier settings.

strange the sportsbook site is fine though, isnt it.
Still not fixed. They really haven't got a feckin clue what they are doing have they? 
I'm still able to get bets on my mobile - can't be the only one because other people are laying?
if you click home/tennis/pic a game - then you enter the meny over that match. stay there instead of click on "match odds" or something. then swisch the botton View As, and you will get a almost normal market to bet on there. Strange, but it works
This is pathetic and if it carry's on much longer then its time to think what was unthinkable a few weeks ago and go elsewhere.
i have been on here daily and nightly for the past 6 years and I just wonder how they could have got it so wrong.
Its even crossed my mind that the IT crowd are on labrokes books the job they have done is so bad.
Slow, unresponsive and trying to find a destination that was so easy on the old site runs into 10s of minutes.
Surely somebody should take charge and return the place to sanity before betfairs reputation is lost completely.

I think they have strangled the Golden Goose with all the changes over the last few years and the advent of all these stupid games that must affect the running of the exchange.
Agree.. Those annoying games cant have helped the current problems
