Navigating around is terrible. Half the time I have to go back to the home page to then find the account balance page. Awful!
"Newer" = Slower "Better" = Slower "Faster" = Slower.
it really should be done away with. Swallow the pill and get things back to normal.

Doesn't work properly with Firefox and when I got onto "chat" they told me to use Chrome 
Are they still using that "Use Goggle Chrome" pish? This tells you at least 3 things:
1. They are totally unaware that many people would not touch gogglechrome (or goggleanything) with a disinfected bargepole.
2. They are either lying that GC is fine or they know precisely what the problem with firefox is and refuse to apply a fix.
3. They don't erfing care.
PS Anyone know how to save "Today's racecards" (just this, not every race) onto "favourites"?

Looks like they've all gone to the old site as nobody is moaning anymore. 
I moved my betting to paddy its sh1t as well ,but not as sh1tty as the betfair new site.

Barcelona=3/10 with sportsbuck,1/3 with paddy.thats how low betfair have sunk.
