I was Betfairs biggest fan, forever singing its praises to every punter I met but this new site is a bad joke and cannot see me using the place much longer when I know what it once was.

Unless you are in one of the countries where the Old Site has been switched off ..

Type - soccer.betfair.com - into your Address bar.

It will open the New Site - BUT - the LINK to the OLD site is still there.

I think what annoys me so much is its not even a close call, the old site was comfortable, did its job and it kept me out of the bookies but this new nonesense would take me hours to list where its going wrong.
I have been in business for years and the first lesson you learn is keep your customers happy.
Its not rocket science but we must remember we are dealing with wannabe bookies who have completely lost site of the fact that we are all here because we were fed up to the teeth with bookies.
Not one of them would gain a degree.

RIP betfair exchange. Not much liquidity on the sports as it was and this pathetic new site has driven more customers away.

I have the old site in my favourites and it still accesses it fine.

is the old site still working alright for you lot. for me it's gone really slow, think betfair have sabotaged it on purpose to try and make me go on to the new site. i lost £15 trying to trade in a fast moving market on the old site because it froze then tried to scalp it back on a fooball goals market and lost another 100.

the new site is impossible to use. to slow to get to where you want to get to, hard to move around the site quickly. god help you if you want to place multiple bets. not to mention the bugs. graph doesnt show all the info unless u r logged in.

do most people use internet explorer ?

Why does my internet link crash continually just  on Betfair's so-called new site?

firefox here....I do use IE to access the forum though...but that's all.

I lost the old site stopted using betfair was on purple old site returned yesterday back to normal now

The old site working fine for me the last two or 3 days. I tried the new site on Sat. Nightmare. I may just give up gambling if they turn off the old site. Betquack no good for me for various reasons and I lay 99% of the time.
