To clarify, I've heard that if you are consistently getting closed down, if you play the roulette or whatever othe games they have, a couple of times a week, for small stakes obviously, your account life is likely to be extended.

I doubt it really, I tried that stroke with a few new PPs accounts, ended up losing a few quid and limited to buttons after a couple of live ones. Paddy Knew

Yes it does providing you are losing enough in their Casino for them to put you in the mug category so somewhat counter productive. I have noticed that several bookies (including Betfair) stopped sending me any email offers, diary's etc once I ticked the options to exclude myself from all betting except for Sports betting which I prefer to do to avoid any moments of weakness. One VCBet closed my account down within a few weeks and several refer to traders/restrict my bets (amount and price) which is cr@p.
I rate Betfair because I can get a bet down, it's just a shame about the liquidity of some early markets. B365 is a class act and **** are pretty good, shame about their early morning prices though. BetFred have some good bonuses but again shame about their early morning prices.

had a right moan at the GC via emails recently about restrictions and account barrings mainly down to the way they advertise.
they advertise as if everyone is entitled to bet with them and the t's @ c's should be really explained in the advertising (which we know they wouldnt want to do)
the fact they can advertise how they want gives not only the wrong impression but it hides that the betting contract has to be agreed by both parties.
something that is always just one way though...thats the bookmakers way.
what do the GC do? set up legislation to protect punters which they kind of do but then the fsa do this with a lot fo other financial institutions...so why arent bookmakers under their wing?
imo the GC is a waste of tax payers money (which i pointed out in no uncertain terms ) to which they replied " if you have a complaint about account closures or restrictions you can complain tot hat firms customer service department" I responded "that is similar to turkeys voting for christmas" and is an utterly ridiculous option.
imo its discriminatory to allow a price to be had by one person say 5/1 for 200 quid but then restrict someone else wanting that same bet?
surely they can have a limit alround say 200 and if one fo these punters has a bet they can then cut the price after the bet afterall if he is that good he is giving you a good indication.
if tescos allowed one person to have 10 cans of baked beans at 20p but another to have 1 can at 50p or none at all any complaints would be listened to.
imo the bookamkers fking around with customers will only drive them away from the game so what im telling them is only gonna help them in the long run not....problem with them and this country in general its is all about profit now long term blx out of the window.
rant over.
btw if you go on a good run chuck some back in silly yankee bets. dont have apattern of betting that may get you barred. dont have more than one bookmakers open on your device at one time and clear down cookies etc after each browser visit
