There isn't one. Racing Post Customer Services phoned me up and told me.

Likewise, I think. There are a handful of reason to use the site and that is/was one of them.
The performance of the site is p1ss poor also, slow and unresponsive. Makes betfair looked like greased lightning.

It is very convenient to have it all on one site. I wonder if they realise how many subscribers will decide it is not commercially viable to pay the same amount of money for a service that has declined in usefulness?

I'll be cancelling too - I find the fact that everything is on the one site is the attractive thing about it - since the recent "upgrade" it has become even slower than previously  - pity if they lose the RUK replays ...... but nothing is forever

Knowing The RP probably not. Major poor decision on their behalf imo and a lot will be cancelling I would think

The bloke on the phone told me that since the maintenance work the site should have become faster than more efficient. I had to tell him that in my opinion it has not done so.

And more efficient, not than.

Perhaps those that currently subscribe to RP could indicate on here if they intend on cancelling after this news.

I may not cancel IF the speed and responsiveness of the site improves significantly in the next few weeks.
Therefore probably cancelling.

I've already cancelled...got fed up of trying to log in.

i changed to mozarilla firefox and its fine ... the big thing they could do with the database is to put a system builder in there would make a massive difference. That said i will begrudgingly stay with it.

It is better on firefox than elsewhere but there are still plenty of times when it freezes when you click a horses name or crashes whilst typing notes.

It wasn't that long ago that you could watch RUK online as part of your RP membership. When they took that away, they increased membership fees !

Expect the same.

Rang The RP,they confirmed that not only RUK replays will be gone by end of July,but ATR too. So basically as from August no race replay on RP site at all

Well at least I can look forward to a reduction in membership fees once they remove video replays...

It'll be the final nail in the coffin for me. And them I hope.

I also paid the yearly membership and it's not up until next april, the only reason I went for ultimate is for unlimited replays. If I didn't have all my ratings and notes on there then I'd cancel.

Stevie It's why I've never put any notes on there. I really only use the site for the form and the replays,no brainer for me to cancel

Once I have switched my attention to the jumps I will be putting all my notes on another product. And the same for all forthcoming seasons.

BB I use the Gruss site to store notes

Have never tried it. Am using Timeform Race Passes for new notes but obviously most of this season's notes are still on the Post site. Thereofre I may keep my subscription til October and then let it go.

BB You could drop from ultimate to essential and still keep your notes

Once the videos I have gone I might as well. Do I still get the pedigree stuff on essential? It's the only other bit worth using for me.
