I started to read a book How to win the placepot. It was like a lightning bolt hitting me it was so wrong I realized why it was wrong and how I could win.

I knew I was right I said to my wife I am going to win millions you just watch me.

So I stated my system and sure enough I was winning and winning Yes baby please let it keep coming in week after week I was winning.

Then the bombshell dropped on me and they changed the way the placepot operated they let the money that was taken on placepots in the betting shops go into the pool and that ****** my system.

Why did God let this happen to me ? a good person like me.

There is a post script to this story which is I met the person who wrote the book and told him my story and by the way he does not gamble.

Andrew

Your number would be correct for 7 races
Report Facts July 7, 2015 9:50 AM BST
6 races, 4 in a race @ 5p a line = £203.90 stake.

What's the average Placepot payout (where a rank outsider isn't placed) ?
Report top2rated July 7, 2015 10:05 AM BST
Facts, Andrew's calculation is correct - 5^6 = 15,625.

5^7 = 78,125.

6 races, 4 in a race = 4,096 lines.

Therefore @ 5p a line the stake = £204.80 not £203.90.
