Don't know if this is the right place to report it, but its really irritating that BetFair change the blooming site every week - and now it doesn't display the overall account balance for me when I go into "Today's Card" or other horse racing areas.
There's also no navigation to "Account" from there.
So, to see what my balance is, I have to go to "Home"... then back into Horse Racing, then into Today's Card or a specific race.
Really irritating.
Also, having placed a bet, I often don't get the "Live Stream" option on that page. Again, have to go back to Home, then horse racing, then see the summary of meetings and find the little TV icon.
Every update just seems to take the site backwards in terms of useability.
I'm sure there are site security reasons for making changes all the time, but surely BetFair has a huge Website design, development & testing team. I just wonder if any of them ever actually try USING the site.
Strangely - For the past few weeks this has not been a problem for me - using the Old Site...
However - for the 13 years prior to that, of which I have been on here - it has been missing FAR MORE often than showing.
As is - and has been - the case for many users of the site.
It is something we have all learned to live with.
Perhaps your Markets will randomly change to $ Dollars, instead of £ Sterling, sometime soon. That being another Betfair treat.
Logging-OUT - Clearing Cookies - and Logging-In, again, MAY help.
Which part of the Exchange Site are you using...Old Site - or New Site?Which Browser are you using?Strangely - For the past few weeks this has not been a problem for me - using the Old Site...However - for the 13 years prior to that, of which I have
To be fair, I use 2 very obscure browsers. One is called Firefox and the other is called Google Chrome.
Maybe the BetFair developers could look them up and create versions for these little known systems...

Have now hunted down the "Old Site" link, and its like putting on an old pair of slippers! So much easier to use.
Onlooker - Can't see how my comments could cause you any offence... but apologies if you were somehow slighted!
As per my first comment, I don't know if this is the best place to report it, but I just hope that LF take some sort of notice of this and just fix it!

I asked the Browser question because we have had several, indeed many, similar threads to yours previously.
In fact there was a long one only last week.
Quite often it turns out that many people are trying to access Betfair using Internet Explorer Browswer - which is, by Betfair's own admission, the LEAST compatible Browser for Betfair - and has always been so, too.
Furthermore - the latest version of Internet Explorer - version 11, which will be the LAST EVER version, as Internet Explorer is being discontinued - is far more 'buggy' and clunky that the previous version 10. --------------
As far as - "this is the best place to report it" - goes.
There is a 'Site Feedback' section of the Forum - that can be found on the MENU to the Left <
Although, how often they check that section is definitely open to debate.
Better, though, to contact the Helpdesk - 0344 871 0000 (although I would wait until Monday morning, now)
