Yes, there are some people who look great after weight loss, I'm afraid Mark isn't one of those. Lets hope it's helped from a health point of view.

Good for him, why is weight gain considered bonny adn healthy but weight loss is somehow worrying. He was clearly overweight and maybe he has simply got off the awful western diet
