Seems a really decent chap to me.

I'm aware of his mobility issues and I was pleased to see him lose some weight, thinking that it would be better for his health.

However, seeing him at Haydock today he seems to have lost too much weight. He looks extremely gaunt.

Does anyone know his current health status?

Yes, there are some people who look great after weight loss, I'm afraid Mark isn't one of those. Lets hope it's helped from a health point of view.

Good for him, why is weight gain considered bonny adn healthy but weight loss is somehow worrying. He was clearly overweight and maybe he has simply got off the awful western diet

With 64% of The UK overweight,he was probably too heavy by some margin, just getting to where he should be

Mark and Steve Mellish are by far the best pundits. I like how Mark doesnt try to be smart ,he just gives his opinion and explains why. Top bloke imo.

His skull is sticking out and his cheeks are hollow.

Not far off a Belsen inmate.

loper Better to be on the lighter side than on on the fat side. He has lost a lot of weight so looks worse, but he needed to lose plenty

Not sure what his health issues have to do with anyone on this forum surely that is between him and his doctor.
