im talking about towards end of his career, i remember it well, and i remember some very angry punters. The most blatant c heating non trying jock i have ever seen. Not just one ride, he used to do it on nearly all his rides.

agree with your post but others as bad nowadays richard h getting pumped an many many odds on shots ,
never seen a jockey drop his hands as much for placings , just blatantly stops riding to line ! the policing of the sport has , gone way down hill imo |

Do you have any examples in mind? Given your claim you probably need to choose your seasons carefully  unless of course you are guessing |

he did expose bookmakers for paying connections to withdraw horses so that they became 15 runner h/c
instead of 16 runners 4 places , yes he was gobby but started upsetting the apple cart , but he looked like he had never washed or shaved in days  |

Big Issue - I may well know more about Mr Bradley than you or Mr Pandora does, and he is now a matter of public record. But my point was about the claim made by Pandora for "nearly all his rides" and "towards the end of his career". I was merely seeking examples from this period - if Pandora is as knowledgeable as he appears to claim, he should be able to throw up numerous examples, particularly from the second last season (being an "expert" he will know what that one was

Blackbarn, you are right, I don't know him but I do know he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. I doubt he got caught the only time he did this but perhaps he was just really unlucky.

Met him once on the gallops at Lambourn on the morning that Suny Bay was running in the Hennessy that afternoon at Newbury. Was told that Bradley had already booked a table for the celebrations that evening at a local restaurant for 20 people.
We had gone to back Go Informal in the staying race beforehand (which won) and played the winnings up on Suny Bay. I was 19 at the time and we (a group of 4) had put the money together for the bets, I went to collect and never handled so many £50 notes in my life. That's my lasting impression of Graham Bradley ! |
