Betfair Ops team wakeup call: Missing data results

Could the Betfair operations team please wake up and do the daily extract of the data records that should be posted every day to promo.betfair.com/betfairsp/prices. You've now managed to miss this operation yesterday and today - just go and check why the cron job hasn't executed and sort out the problem. This isn't rocket science........regardless of what you tell the know-nothing management team.....
