Do you all understand this game? It was a LISTED race for FILLIES = Black Type - vastly increased value of filly - and subsequent Foals, if improving and attaining that 'Black Type'. Most certainly NOT intentionally sent all the way to Newcastle, from Newmarket, only to have it's head ripped off. Would have been put in too short - because trainer has a good record with, seemingly, inferior fillies stepping up in class to LISTED status. However - they, obviously cannot all simply do that - nor in one hit. |

That maiden at Leicester turned out quite well didn't it? who knows how she has trained on and how fit she was tonight, I haven't even seen the race yet here.
Anyone know why she hadn't run this season until tonight? |

I'll give you all your points onlooker. And to add, the trainer hedged round optimism in his quote for the RP. And it may pay to ignore an aggressive lay, depending on connections.
