Can someone explain why you cannot watch BF Live stream with a back bet of less then £5 yet you can put on a lay bet with a liability of of up to £ 200 plus and still not be qualified to watch the race / event on BF Live stream ?

Shirley it would drum up more business for them, if the mugs myself included could watch it in running.?
I wonder just how many people really have been spending a fiver per race over the past couple of years when it's really pennies at worst.
