Still waiting for a reply from them over Topaling a fortnight ago. 9/4 all day until late afternoon. Out to 5s , never went an inch.

i sent 2 eamils after the nichols horse pulled up after the 1st 6 weeks ago..no reply from any.

Is it worth us applying to join the BHA betting task force ?

I sent them a letter regarding a current Racing UK pundit who said he would claim our mare if it ran at Hereford and did so in an aggressive and threatening way. Very poor set of events and the race was at best dubious with our well gambled girlie finishing second after being strangled.

No response as the local stewards after looking at the race deemed themselves happy with the outcome. The race remains very controversial even today and some very unpleasant comments were made to innocent parties on the day when the real villans had their day.
