Here's the official race conditions:
The Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby
(Group 1)
Guaranteed value of €1,250,000
(Generously sponsored by Dubai Duty Free)
Of which the second will receive €250,000,
the third €125,000, the fourth €50,000,
the fifth €37,500, the sixth €25,000, the
seventh €12,500 and the eighth €12,500
For three yrs old only entire colts
and fillies
About one mile and four furlongs
€2,000 to enter on November 5th, 2014
or €12,500 each if entered on May 20th,
2015, €3,500 extra if forfeit not declared
by January 21st 2015, €3,500 extra if
forfeit not declared by April 29th 2015,
€3,500 extra if forfeit not declared by
12 noon 23rd June, 2015 or €100,000 if
entered by 12 noon on 23rd June, 2015
Weights: Colts .....9st; Fillies ................................................. 8st 11lb
