Withdrawn from yesterdays Duke Of Edinburgh due to 'Unsuitable Ground' when 5 of his 9 turf wins have been on good to firm ground. Runs today on same ground at same track.  I am presuming that if the rain doesn't arrive that he will be withdrawn!  To make it worse they didn't have the decency to withdraw yesterday in time to give one of the reserves a run.

he does this sort of thing far too often, keeps horses entered until the last minute when blatantly they won't run. Did it with Yorkidding yesterday. They need to change the rules on entering horses on consecutive days

Backed it last weekend but I think it is up against it today.

it's trained by Mark Johnston, anything is possible, especially when the prizemoney is significant. Don't forget, he can make them mysteriously improve a stone overnight

The rain falling at Ascot brings Collaboration right into the mix. He was my choice anyway but the rain will help.
