How ****g incompetent are your staff that they can't even put a race in running, and the first race too ?!
You've just cost a lot of people a lot of money, people who trust your service, so why not get your finger out of your arse and compensate us ?
****g useless morons, get your act together or sack the plank that was in charge of that race !

The OP is completely right.

People rely on this service to be run properly and its because nobody kicks up any fuss and sees this as no big deal that  the service will never get  better.

This isnt good enough and only a complete mug would think otherwise, are u a mug?

I think that something needs to be done because betfair thinks that when things go wrong, it is ok to just apologise and all is fine.  I wasn't involved in the first race but this silliness needs to stop and betfair really has to start compensating people for their mistakes; it's the only way they will start taking this stuff seriously.

but it is ok .... people (including the poster probably) will carry on betting/trading on here just the same, therefore these is no downside to them fcuking up.

The only way anything will change is if there is more competition.

Agreed KC.

Its sad because they  appear to have a monopoly on the exchange market.

Betquack is there but theyre almost worse because they  have no ambition to entice punters from BF.

BF users need to vote with their accounts. If someone could just  convince 20% of regular betfair users to convert  it would increase competition and that  can only be a good thing because at the moment its a joke.
