You have various offers that you could take advantage off (back a winner at 4-1 or more get the stake back for a free bet etc). Also you have the cashout for multiples.

But when the most they will give you on a 12-1 shot in a 19 runner handicap is £5.21 when you ask for a tenner its shows what a joke the service is.

For a business built on no restrictions they've missed a trick with the sb.

If anything it just shows how little confidence BF have in the (bot?) prices on the exchange, until opening show.

agree rogers.

if they broke the mould they could get in a lot of the oppositions base because of lack of fear of being restricted.

nothing wrong with takign a few hits if it means keeping your customer base long term.

problem is everything in the uk is based on short termism....thought we would have learnt our mistakes from selling off the countrys silver under thatcher....obviously not.

not sure the business argument for 'breaking the mould' and taking on board all the winners that every other firm has closed

thats a short term business model duncan.

for their share price and dividends.

when customers get treated badly it only takes a better company to come along to get their business.
