From the 10/4/15, it a poor pick up of around £16 after £64 staked , anyway that is not the point, on collection she told me she would have to ring main office as their was a problem.
After 10 mins of waiting as she didnt call me over, i went over and she told me it was collected in may.......
But i have the ticket, i told her it would be impossible for someone to have the same combination i had done and to collect my bet.
Then she said that she could give me a phone number to call to help with the problem, i told her im not willing to phone up someone for something i have a receipt for. Anyway i left when she asked where and who did you put the on with. the ticket told me the shop and the name of the cashier.
Clearly they have made an error but i have to prove they have made a mistake.

Has to be a member of staff that has clicked on pay out without the slip. Instant dismissal. Ask security/loss prevention to view the tape of when the bet was paid out.

Strangely i collected a placepot from chelters that was as bad as the original, got paid out on that.
I cant be bothered to go into the shop again, im going to write them a letter and add the cost of my time. Just to confirm a lost ticket, you have to fill in a form with your writing to collect ? |

I now want to send them a letter, charging for my time and exposing their procedures. I have nearly 4000 procedures to follow at my work, well 1000 apply to my work. |

Ask them to price up the odds that some punter somehow became aware that your bet had not been collected and then guessed the meeting and the numbers of every multiple selection you went for in every race.

 Yes i do have thousands of procedures to follow at work, 11kv will back me up on this crap. Clearly none of the staff can ever comply to all them. There is probably a procedure on how have week off from work, definitely a procedure on how to deal with MOPS. |
