Must admit I've had 2 bets thus far at Royal Ascot, the first was Solow yesterday and the second will be Western Hymn today.  John Gosden been pretty quiet, but says this horse is fully wound up and ready to run a very big race.  The way the race should pan out suggests he'll be staying on very strongly and I take Frankie to get the better of the finish.  Cracking race ahead and a progressive Western Hymn can go close.  The ground could do with being a little softer, but all about the way the race should be run and that should ensure Western Hymn goes close.

He'll win a G1 on soft going hopefully. Franki gave him a great ride there

Good ride from Dettori, and 3rd will suffice.  Western Hymn not good enough in the end and in hindsight the ground cost him being even closer.
