(Assuming this is BF Exch EW, haven't looked at the Sportsbook offering much outside the major festivals)
Price is pretty much what you'd get by placing win and place bets in the right proportions into the Win and Place markets, so as good value as they are.
Personally I like to bet 20/80 Win/Place so I (almost) always make enough profit on my Place bets to exceed by losses on my Win bet if my horses places but doesn't win, but if you like standard bookie EW terms then the BF offering is a fair one.
