Just wondered if anyone is experiencing the same problem as me with the above.
When bringing up a previous race 'full result' if you have entered your own ratings they should show in the 'Rated' column. I am finding for lots of races my ratings are not showing up here or only ratings for some horses in the race appear. However if I click on the 'Rate Race' tab for the same result all entered ratings are visible as originally entered for each horse in the 'Rating' column. It's driving me mad, anyone had the same problem and worked out why this is happening. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I have experienced the same problems - at least the one where only some of the horses have retained their rating - I see that for a several days our ratings and comments are not going to be unavailable due to an upgrade after Royal Ascot week (to do with subscriptions I believe) - expect more problems in the short term .....

most my ratings have changed and are now meaningless.
I just hope they can retrieve it. |
