So today I find that I get logged out after moving from one betfair market to another. WTF is going on with this website?
Very amateurish (and yes I have cleared my browser, switched the machine on and of at the wall socket and all of the other clueless gubbins advised by helpdesks who don't know their @rse from their elbows). |

Who do they use to web design as they need shooting not sacking. The forum lead thread from Customer Services (really, that's what you call them?) states the radio and video links have gone missing (again), so provide alternative links ...

Of course today there is ONCE AGAIN the issue of no video links on the race pages. Really? Is it that hard when surely the race pages are done from a set template? 'Heads a rollin' time or all too busy eating tea and biscuits and surfing for porn in the IT dept? |

can get video on geeks had no problems at all only use the site for the odds in the morning and have to keep refreshing after looking at each race

Regular website flakiness back. Losing the ability to back/lay at SP, logging out as moving between pages ... FFS Betfair sort your website out.

I only go on the site to look at prices but each race I click on it closes the progam and the page refresh each race don't know how you can place a bet on there

Are there awards for worst customer service or worst customer experience I can nominate these clowns for? Can't believe they still exist. If it was early 1990's you might believe it, but hey its 2015 and they still can't employ folk to make their IT work, and worst of all its a purely online business model. Private finance should buy this out, and if my winnings were better its what I'd be doing! |

So since June when I first started this thread all I can say is the site has got progressively worse. Will the CEO fall on his sword and hand back any bonuses (its happening on his watch and he bears full responsibility)? Will anyone lose their job? Will financial compensation be offered to customers based on normal daily turnover (idgas whether they make winning or losing bets)? Or will we get another insipid apology until the next c0ck up - tomorrow, the day after ...?
