Jockey weights

The Stewards held an enquiry following a report from the Clerk of the Scales that Gary Bartley, the rider of the winner DHAULAR DHAR (IRE), had weighed in at 9st 3lb having weighed out at 9st 1lb. They interviewed the rider, the representative of Jim Goldie, the trainer, and the Clerk of the Scales. Having heard their evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Rule (B)67.4.3 and suspended him for 3 days as follows: Monday 22, Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 June 2015.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,surely 2lb over is as bad as 2lb under ?
