EPSOM RACECOURSE DOING A GREAT JOB OF DRIVING PEOPLE OFF THE HILL,ONLY A FRACTION OF THE COACHES THAT WERE THERE ONLY A FEW YEARS AGO,CROWD MASSIVELY DOWN,ITS SEEMS EPSOMS POLICY OF NO BARBECUES/LOAD MUSIC AND "RIP OFF" CHARGES FOR COACH PARTIES IS HAVING THE DESIRED EFFECT!

looking from tatts across the hill every enclosure looked pretty quiet Friday especially the Lonsdale enclosure.saturday the Walton enclosure looked by far and away the busiest; well definitely had the biggest crowd in it . the hill number square looked ok and I have to say from my viewpoint the Lonsdale again appeared to be the least busy/quiet not sure the reason for that as I have been told in the past that the Lonsdale is pretty popular but obviously not this yr.

just as a matter of Interest, what level of Turnover for the day constitutes good for you ? (When I used to Stand up in the Walton Area (3+ years ago) , between 1f and 2f out I would take about 15K all day)) ... and maybe going back 7-10 yrs ago the August Bank Holiday was even more profitable than the Derby Day (not Turnover, but Profit)

The Bank Hol sounds good but surely not as much of a flimpers convention that was witnessed all over Epsom on Saturday... And as for the any fights that was probably a punter who was returned 3-1 the 11-1 winner
