Positives

Best form to date has come on the AW, but not disgraced at Doncaster (10.5f, g/s) in a higher grade than today's two starts back, fading out of it only when stamina looked to become an issue, having raced prominently and a bit keenly.

That was a Class 3 race, and a 3lb drop since lets him into this C5, 0-75.

Still lightly raced and interesting to see if dropping back to 7f and a return to more prominent tactics suit.

Negatives

Ran a shocker on his latest start at Chepstow (even allowing for racing away from stands' rail, where the action unfolded)

He may be not be the most straightforward having hung away a winning opportunity at Lingfield last October, and having shown a tendency to want to hang since.

If the plan is to race prominently dropping back to 7f, stall 10 won't make life easy.
