Do they look at the race or just take the jockeys word for it.
James Doyle, the rider of I'M HARRY, placed fourth, reported that the gelding slipped on the bend turning into the home straight.
Race 3 - 3:05pm THE LADBROKES HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 4)
Franny Norton, the rider of ARIZONA JOHN (IRE), placed second, slipped on the bend turning into the home straight.
Maybe i'm going blind but having read the report i watched the replay and i don't see either horse slipping , not even in the slightest .
