I don't know why I bother doing his mounts. By the time his brain gets into gear, the race has long gone.

I usually like Sullivan, but didn't watch him here. Lynch was slow to play his hand last week in a fairly big handicap. What a whopper!

Fray was never put in the race, never raised a sweat......it will have a target to get back the 50k that it cost.....but where and when.

The winner had a very similar passage, and was going at least as well, but the jock forced him through a tight gap. Lynch was immediately behind him and seemed to have plenty horse under him but the race was over by the time he got free. I think it can be view as either : waiting for the gap to appear and unluckily it never came or a poor tactical ride.
