He has won on good to yielding and the trainer didn't appear to have given up on him when interviewed this morning. Clearly, he's unproven on this going but at 18/1 I reckon he's still worth a punt. There doesn't seem to be oodles of confidence about any of the other runners and the fav isn't certain to stay.

I can't have Success Days as a winner at all.
His last two wins were against a handful of moderate rivals ,over 10f ,on heavy ground and were run in times between 17 and 21 seconds above average. If he wins it will be a bigger shock than Qualify yesterday. |

and how many Derby winners started off at Galway in a median auction maiden at 33/1 and finished midfield?

He slapped them silly and could improve for the faster ground. If this was JFKs prep he'd be 2/1 here!

He's won all 3 of his races this season comfortably; we haven't seen the best of him yet. At 18/1 on here he's a definite bet for me. Best value in the race as far as I'm concerned. He's entered in another 3 Group 1 races later in the season. Clearly, he's rated by his connections.
Good luck. |
