Who will it be as it stands no real money for anything on exchanges except for Barnet Fair, but I don't believe that! 3 Outsiders who represent value in my opinion are Smoothtalkingrascal , Free Zone and Normal Equilibrium and all deserve serious consideration for this open contest. Reasons for these selections are, .
Smoothtalkingrascal was second in this in 2013 and had top weight last year and is now 30 lb better off with last years winner compared to this race last year when overburdened .
Free Zone is a talented horse who finished dead last in this last year but is 12 lb lower now and visored and he could do with a penalty to get into the sprint at Mussleburgh next week where he is unbeaten 1-1. And his excellent trainer knows how to prepare a sprinter for a big day.
Then Normal Equilibrium also trained by Cowell was drawn the wrong side last week at York so had no chance in the circumstances and has a serious 7 lb claimer on today, his only track start was over 6 furlongs where he dropped a few places inside the last but my only worry is he could be outpaced here for win purposes.
Can see a gamble happening in this and as 14 of the last 16 horses to finish in the first 2 came home with an SP of 12/1 or less I hope I'm barking up the right tree with these . Good luck all
