they made that decision 2 years ago they don't need to police it cause there is hardly anybody on the hill now its a complete joke .there r massive gaps now where 3 years ago coaches were everywhere

yeah, health and safety is such bullsh!t...they dont have health and safety in places like Qatar and they seem to do ok (apart from, say, the odd 1200 deaths building WC stadiums etc)
