No Colours on cards?

I've just logged on so don't know what it was like earlier. I noticed there was none on the 4.25 at Ripon. The other races look okay, though I've far from checked them all.

Just closed Browser down = cleared Cookies etc - Opened up again - But still No colours on ANY race.

^ add - No Racecard Numbers/ Draw and Jockeys, either.

Yet - Racecard numbers are on American races.

Very strange.

Ok for me on Firefox.

All fine on Firefox but colours, number and draw missing on Chrome here.

Yes Chrome is my main Browser - BUT - I have tried Firefox, aswell - and NO colours on there.

Still - as others are having this issue on Chrome - then at least that is some solace that it is not just my computer.

The 4.25 issue for me was on API. I've got colours on both Chrome and Safari.

However - If I open a Horse Race market BEFORE Logging IN - I HAVE colours - Yet ...

As soon as I Log IN - THEN  I LOSE the colours.

How odd - Never had that before, in 12 years on here.

Must be betfair's attempt at nostalgia for you...! All ok here so something of a mystery

No colours here on Firefox for days now.  I can also log in without a password!!! Support has been withdrawn by the all-knowng primadonnas in the Betfair IT department.

Have you tried ...More Options - check 'Display race card info' ?

It comes and goes. It shouldn't.

Have those not seeing these data tried:

"More options" (top right of market view) -> "Horse Racing Pages" -> "Display Race Card Info"

Summat amiss with site
Got colours on Ffox
But screen has jumped up page last hour & no option to switch sites
Logged out & in - still same
Done it the other day too

It's obviously not being stored properly. It used to be, but started going wrong a few weeks back, in my experience.

Sorted - thankfully

It appears it was a glitch in 'My Markets' - Hence colours shown when NOT Logged-In -
- But they disappeared when I Logged-In, and went through 'My Markets'.
