Depends on the caption imo. If the photos say pencil man is a slow-counting, ukip-voting filthy arber, that may be libellous. If it merely says, pencil man is too clever for our odds-compilers so don't take his bets, that is not.

Can't get bet on to slow count or arb...don't vote....so it must be the latter,but looking at the tank they must be pretty s*** as I'm hopeless lol
