My free bets were going into my account no problem.
Now it seems one needs to ring up and get it put into ones account.
I know it's only once a mouth but why have they changed it ? do they think people will forget they have gambled the £100 a week that they need to to get it.

Must be the Sportsbook. In which case you deserve free bets.
You need to have gambled over £100 each week for four weeks to get the free bets
If you drop under the £100 then you will not get them

It might have been free bets for the tennis but it's free, just go on the tennis forum and get clued in there I am sure you will be able to work out who knows what.
I think what is happening is Betfair are hoping less people ring up and reg.
At least you got Tennis my bets were on the F***** cricket and it take for ever for the game to finish.
