Whenever I use this "service" for horse racing, the lead up to the race is fine (as it is afterwards) but during the race the picture continually freezes then restarts - literally every couple of seconds.
No problems watching other sports just racing - any ideas?

if picture delay is not a problem , putting the buffer on a higher setting ( 5 or 10 ) might help
I've had a few similar problems over the last 3 weeks Thommos - patience seems to have worked for me as well as whenever it pauses make sure you refresh. Most of the time but not always this largely resolves the pausing. It won't always work which is frustrating but not as frustrating as trying to get any mileage out of ringing the Betfair Helpless/Useless desk.
Cheers for the sensible replies - glad its not just me. Tried altering the buffering but no joy. Not even bothering with the helpdesk because as we all know they are pathetic. Just seems weird it only happens when the race actually starts.
