Anyone on here every claimed for a lost tote ticket? I rang customer services they told me to fill in a claim form at Betfred shop. They had never heard of the tote form and said I should ring customer services etc etc...I have e mailed totepool but not holding out much hope.Yes its my own fault but just wondered if anyone out there has had a similar experience.

Was it placed in a shop?

If so they'll be able to find your bet by how much you've staked. I've lost loads and never had a problem getting paid. Never on the tote though.

Last time I lost an on course tote ticket I wrote in telling exactly all the details including location of the window and they confirmed the bet was unclaimed. I had to wait a month and then got a chequeue in the post.

Would they do this though, for a £2 Place ticket, on a horse with a dividend of £0.11 ?

So.....if the 'wrong' ticket turned out to be a winner. You obviously would have gone back to the window and asked only to be paid your stake back ? Happy
