The stables other horse might be the one i.e. war envoy @ 20s.
Some of Aidan's have run like absolute pigs first time out this year so might be worth taking a shot with war envoy who'll be plenty fit on his 3rd start this season and from stall 2 (basically you can scratch half the field here because of the draw). Also Colm is no stranger to shocking everyone in this race...won on astronomer royal @ 33/1 back in the day beating off Creachadoir and 2 of the stables more fancied horses....this renewal is equally as cr*p.

Would tend too agree about Highland reel, I do think Mr Owen possibly underrated, could make the 3?
Wouldn't touch the French guineas myself too much interference IMO....they need to move the guineas to somewhere like deauville with its long wide straight....
With respect, IMO they've run crap because they're overhyped.
