5 places too for the each-way.

Lottery of a race the Victoria Cup but something has to win and my reckoning in such a race, everything probably has a chance of some sort so why not try a biggie?

Jallota for me under Crowley. 50-1 and 5 places is well worth a try I reckon (and hope).

Only won once at 6f but has run a few good races, notably two quite decent second places over this trip at Newbury and at Meydan. Think he still has improvement especially over this trip and the fact that Hills as also entered him over a mile next week at York tells me that this Ascot 7f might just be right up his street.

Definitely has enough form to pop up and 50-1 could be way too big. Am also presuming that Crowley could have had the choice to ride Buckstay which is as low as 14-1 in places, so the fact he's chosen this one (if he has) has tempted me into trying.

Sadly gotta go into work now for a couple of hours but hey ho. Least I've got a 50-1 shot to keep me excited.

Good luck guys n gals whatever you dabble on. Thanks for the comments yesterday - Rosairlie did the bizzo nicely and at least I got my cash back on Royal Rettie after being withdrawn.

Doubt Crowley had much choice because of the weight, the boy takes a handy 7 off of Buckstay which obviously should enhance its chance, its original weight is the lowest Crowley has managed for a while, what odds in a 28 runner field would you have got for them to be drawn next to each other in 1 and 2..? gl
