I know of others who had to chase it up to get it by e-mailing is pointless and you'd be better going on Live Chat or phoning but I think it did say within 48 hours before it's credited if I remember rightly.
The odds of your bet using your own money also had to be Evens or above too.

You have to change your password as well. They emailed me a new one but it didn't work. I sent an email but didn't get a reply. I rang them but after 10 minutes of waiting in a queue I gave up. Shame really as I quite like their site.

LOL.... I don't really know why I'm explaining this but I have around 25 bookie accounts with a total of about £2000 in them when added up, as I don't like to leave too much in them and a separate bank account with money in that I use for betting only and to top up with as and when I see fit.
The reason I can get a bet on with most of them bar an odd restriction is because I now know what it takes to retain accounts having had (No)Betfred close my account with them and send back my profitable balance without even telling me they had done so or any explanation why, other than I opened the account with £50 and the balance sent back to my bank was £362.14. I've been restricted by P@ddy Power on certain offers, 32R3db3t, T1tan B3t and 888Sport after I had a particularly good Cheltenham last year with their sign up bonuses and so have cleared my balances from them and used that money elsewhere.
I also have accounts on here as well as Betd@q, Matchbook and Sm@rkets with a decent amount in each of those and each time I back a winner with any bookie after taking the best price via Oddsch3ck3r, I then throw in a few mug bets that I also lay off here for a small profit or loss knowing that by the law of averages some of those will lose with the bookies and it makes me look like a recreational punter rather than someone who makes his live via betting, although I also own a business too to keep the tax man happy.
