Its an utter betrayal.
Lard arse and jimmy krankie puppet turned it into a jingoistic agenda after losing the crying wolf exercise of the independence referendum.
It meant the rest of the uk had a belly full and votes hemorrhaged after scare stories of scottish nationalism.

Decimated socialism in the process for perhaps a generation, ok it wasnt a lot of good, but they are at the mercy of the evil ideology now.

the one that furthers inequality by using euphemisms such as 'competitiveness' and 'ambition'
the one that helps those with capital by crushing those without it.

add 59 to the labour's total and you get the same result.

I voted SNP but would have abstained if I lived in englandshire.

Labour stood side by side with the Tories and told the Scots that if they voted for independence they couldn't use the pound but would be saddled with a huge debt in pounds.  That they would get them throw out of the EU and they would willfully destroy scottish business.  That is why they have been P45'd.

The posturing empowered nationalist fervor and meant the tories played on anti scottish sentiment.
It will be interesting how the snp tackles austerity 2 that will be thrown down on them now.

Well yes I like the SNP policies, and yes this is what Labour should have been leading the way with, and yes I hope those Tories within the labour party understand that if they move any further right, the English National Party will be born (why not)? Read Below

http://www.snp.org/

I hope they keep their promises too ya, but I would be lying if I was to withhold my disappointment.

Now is the time too build a new socialist framework, whatever brand it comes under, it would be a shame too lose the historical reference of Labour, but  now is the time for the left in Labour to rise up  and give an agenda just like the SNP, Affordable housing , Free health, yes those original values we are so proud of.

It can be done just look at the SNP.

Not in England it can't. England and also Wales, to some degree, shifted more to the right while Scotland went to the left.

Labour got caught in the middle of that and got decimated as a result.

yes marcce, we have been infiltrated by the right wing who hold power over all political brands in England and Wales(home our fathers )( Bevan), this is  the chance to get rid of these Tory posers, the Left and the many  socialist groups etc , it does go on and on the list of brands that basically believe the same core values, well it's time they united under the one banner from which they were born , or instead take the brand for themselves(work together brothers).

Glasgow , the socialist movement in the UK is no small number, a show of hands would win most elections, it is only the seats that disguise the true count.
