After the 2010 election and subsequent election of Ed Milliband as Labour leader I was discussing the outcome over a few pints in the pub and everyone agreed that the Liberal Party would pay via the electorate for going into coalition with the Conservatives. We also agreed that once again the Unions had ****** the Labour Party through the election of Ed Milliband.
Our musings have become reality today. The Labour Party needs to understand that to be electable they must appeal to a broad spectrum of the electorate, not just the working class. |
