I can see the id number in my account, but cannot actually find the breakdown. I can find the sportsbook multiples ok

same thing? I thought exchange multiples transferred automatically to the sportsbook, well sports do so presumed Horses do.
It seems not, the agent I spoke to could not find them either!!!!!!!!!
