With ATR launching a new partnership with "Timeform +", a premium rate service, did BF agree to close Timeform Radio to enable the deal with Sky? With Timeform radio closed, there is likely to be an increased level of new subscribers to Sky's Attheraces. With Timeform radio closed and access to Timeform's experts withdrawn there is likely to be more of a take up of the Timeform + service.

I used to enjoy Timeform Radio, but they've been cutting back for a year or two. Used to be a presenter and one or two decent pundits, then became a presenter alone an occasional pundit. Anyway, a few months ago I decided to try William Hill radio and it's surprisingly good. You'd think they'd want to put punters away, but there are some shrewd pundits picking out value bets and some good banter...and it's all free of charge. :)

P.S. I will never buy any product/service associated with the vile Murdoch empire. Mischief

Since Friday, when I click on the link for Betfair radio, it doesn't work. I guess I have to use the William Hill commentary instead. Or is there a way to get the commentary via the betfair radio link?

Because of the silences between races. It does not have to be Television it could be another radio station. The bigger thing however is the withdrawal of the Timeform tipsters ... these are now only accessible to the few via premium rate services .. and even if you subscribe it is not the same as the constant radio chat.

William Hill Radio. Tip about 4 horses every race, so good chance they will give you a winner.
