ok cool, they did say up to 12 hours, although i was worried they wouldnt do it for restricted accounts,!

Got mine last night about a minute after putting the bet on. Managed to turn my £250 into £200

I don't think it makes a diffeence if your account is restricted, it was open to all customers. I placed bets yesterday and today but no refund as of yet!

As the first ever punter to be banned by that rancid firm when I was in short trousers I have made many attempts at opening new accounts via a vast network of family, friends and people that I have never met..

All have ended with the inevitable "win £25" maximum..

They should really email you and say, you don't qualify for this promotion. They must be getting tonnes of angry calls saying where is my cash-back. After all they must have restricted 95% of their accounts.

I have never been able to reconcile the fact that you can get a Gaming Licence take bets and even bankrupt the losers whilst at the same time restricting winning (or even those that do not lose at the required rate) punters to a maximum of a pony.

One day (!) this will be investigated to the fullest extent of the law and those that indulge in such practices will be brought to justice..

Never read in any terms and conditions that betting is for "recreational punters".....

In that case stakes should be refunded for those punters that have taken it too far and lost everything...

In fact you blurt stakes should be refunded to all punters that have had a problem and are not "recreational" by definition...

The bet year offer did not apply to all customers .  I saw it on my screen when I logged in , rang them to check and was told that yes it would apply to my account and the 50% would be credited within 12 hours of bet placement ( up to £125) .

Previous dealings with same firm though led me follow the belt and braces routine . I e-mailed them and got back ( quickly to be fair) an e-mail saying that as I am a "restricted" customer ---" trading decision etc" the offer was not open to me .
