Pretty poor race lacking in depth and it looks a direct match between him and Jezki to me. So in that sense 2/1 or 9/4 certainly doesn't seem a bad price. Jezki hasn't seemed the same horse this season and doesn't get on very well with AP.

AF was prominent for much of the last mile of the CH and still stayed on as well as anything in the race, so I think 2m4f around here looks absolutely bang on for him. Worthy fav to my eyes.

If you look at the horse's last few runs he's been ridden to get a place, not win. I wouldn't back it today as he may look a better horse than he actually is.

Mullins, by his own admission does not have a great Aintree record, however that is because normally his Cheletenham horses wait for Punchestown. Champion hurdle runners up have an awful record though.

If not over watered, Jezki would have great chance of picking off Rock on Ruby who surely must kick on early, now Melodic Rendezvous is a N/R, to try and take the kick out of the others.
