Rules:

All selections must be running at Aintree, April 9, 10 & 11
All selections must be posted before the scheduled time of the first race for each day (1.40pm for Day 1)
You may post selections for all three days at once if you wish

Entrants have 6pts per day for each of the 3 days
Win only, no EW or place
Maximum 2pts per race, minimum 1pt per selection (no fractions please)
Results will be settled at SP

Reserve selections will not be accepted but non-runners can be replaced up to the time of the first race, otherwise points returned
Any unused points are deemed losers

Any situation arising not covered by the above will subject to a common sense ruling by me and that will be final.

It would help if you could post your selections in the following format in time order:
Time - Selection - Pts
2.50 Red Rum 2pts
3.25 Papillon 1pt
4.05 Aldaniti 1pt
4.40 Mon Mome 2pts

It is up to the individual to ensure all 6pts are used correctly, if you inadvertently use more than 6 then your first 6pts worth of selections will count in the order you posted them subject to the points restrictions per race/selection.
If you use less than 6 or use them incorrectly then those points will be lost.

For all the dunces taking part (you know who you are!) this a competition that lasts THREE days whether you get a winner or not. Anybody not in contention on Saturday morning (that'll be most of you I'm afraid!!!!) will have to try and find a biggie for the National. It's all pretty straight forward and not exactly rocket science, so I'd expect half of you to understand it, the other half...............
