morning everyone,i am looking for info regarding the subsoil base for each racecourse as i am trying to link it to certain results.any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

I suggest you buy a soil augur and visit all the courses yourself to take your own samples, with a dog to help avoid suspicion. Then perhaps team up with someone who IS a radish (sp) so that you've got all bases (!) covered.
