old every time ........difficult to change an easier less complicated the better ...established well liked product ...boffins too good for the job ... set up by an old hand suits most punters keep it easy ...Betfair must know by footfall to the sites ...
OLD. They were unequivocal that the old site was going to be retired over 3 years ago. Any coincidence that Chuter who was responsible for it has now left BF?
I remember when I worked in a garage parts dept in 1971 and we changed from pounds shillings and pence to the new metric money, some customers said they would go on using old money. Unfortunately like them we will have to adapt to using the new site, although I use Gruss most of the time, so it is rather different anyway.
The problem we have is that you have to use the new site to access certain markets. When I complained betfair told me that the old site was being phased out.

the old one by a distance. Hope betfair take notice of this
ease , this survey looks too close to call as to which the customers prefer . so i would not expect betfair to take notice just yet .

Old - without a shadow of a doubt.
The new uses up so much CPU my PC goes into meltdown. It's incompetently designed and simply doesn't work. It takes about 3 minutes for the P/L figures to appear after you have a bet and that's only if you refresh the page. Bloody irritating that any new markets only appear on the new site. I simply would have to stop using Betfair if they closed the old site down because my PC can't cope. Cannot imagine what sort of idiots designed it.

Much prefer Old but suspect I will have to get used to New at some point. The old forum format is also much easier to read: only get about 3 posts per screen in the new format!

Old site. Anyone who votes for new site is a betfair employee...NAP. Cant believe they are still persiting with it, i dread to think of the money theve wasted.
with any luck, the IT team will shortly be due to consider implementation of a newer site than the "New" site.....

Old site. A complete waste of time spent on new site, tried it once, never again. Someone should get the sack for that, they probably have. And can we have a symbian version of BF mobile back, not the slow retarded touch screen 5hit. Fanx. 
The sooner they close OLD the sooner us 3 clean up imo..............
They've spent (wasted?) millions on the new site, I doubt very much that a 100 name petition will change owt.

I use gruss and new just because i know old will be gone at some stage and like new markets - an edge there for sure
