judorick does put the hours in(i'll give him that),but can at times come up with some strange reasonings why horses can/cant win.

I know how he feels, So many short priced nags winning was an absolute killer

harsh crowd , at least he aint IS**IS and charging a fortune for shockers

It was a tough week for those of us that prefer not to steam into short-priced favourites - something that rarely works out at Cheltenham. This was an exceptional year however and is unlikely to happen again anytime soon (I hope!).

Not on the whole Sonko - some of the handicaps worked out ok with Zabana and Rawnaq going close at big prices. I've always been fairly big on trends but with the way the game is changing, I'm wondering whether they are starting to go out of the window in the Championship and graded standard races. No doubt that they are still useful in some of the races however.

I like stats in handicaps but stats dont cater for weak line ups and a real freak horses taking a different path to the top.

I messaged judo yesterday and said what will win the GC, he gave me 3 out the first 4 so not bad well done judo

Sounds like his losses were actually minimised by laying the ones he really didn't fancy, like Don Cossack, Black Hercules and Silviniaco Conti. No mention of whether he also laid other horses that failed on trends like Faugheen and Coneygree.
