Free Bet Spoylesports

I took advantage of the money back free bet offer last week if Un De Sceaux gets beat today. They very kindly after trading decisions to affectively close my account yesterday. They allowed me maximum of 36p bet on Man U last night. I emailed asking what would happen if Un De Sceaux lost. They advised due to their trading decision it would be unlikely that any Sports bet would be accepted. Is IBAS the best option or are there better places to make a fuss or would you just wait and see what happens. I wouldn't of placed the bet without the offer.
