Started picking up the selections in late January after reading the extravagant claims in various places about the long run profitability for the service.  Got the number from a mate who had dipped in and out of the service over the last few years when he has been having punting days.  Sounded like he had done OK, but not a regular enough hitter to form firm conclusion.  Not cheap to listen to the message each day - my mobile bill shows I am paying about £12-15 per day.  Oh how I wish I hadn't bothered.  Service is absolutely abysmal.  Can't believe I have just been unlucky and picked a duff month. A lot of bets each day, so surely that should have set the alarm bells ringing.   Lost every week, some pretty horrendous weeks, like this one where the line is 65 points down.  In fact not many winning days.  Betting to the suggested £100 per point that would be £6500 done in a week.  I started at £25 per point so still £1700 down this week and about £4500 down in the month.  Saw somewhere the service (non-premium line) is almost £7000 a year to join.  Surely someone is taking the proverbial p here???  Hope others will see this message and avoid this big mistake I have made here.

sorry to hear that, euler

from what i've heard from others, this operation should be steered well clear of...cant believe the extravagant claims in the adverts they have been allowed to peddle in the RP for decades are kosher

They have the gall to boast about how well they are doing per their advert in today's RP. Hopefully your post will save some others from the same misfortune you had.

Not seen advert in Racing Post today.  Suspect that might be the main-line service, which has very few bets and from past subscriptions I have had is pretty good.  This is the "Mark Your Card" service which is the one to claim to have made subscribers well over £400k over last couple of years.  Would be losing that in 2 years if Feb 2015 is anything to go by!

wasnt the Isiris trick to play in bad EW races, say EW @ 5/2, and describe a place as a winning bet even though you would lose money? think that's how they justified big winning %age claims

I was a member in the early 90's and they were no better than average. Fella who runs it is an eccentric ex maths teacher who lives in a castle in the Scottish Highlands. He got done for abusing his au pair a few years ago and did some time at Her Majesty's pleasure. I read an article about him and he rides out the finishes of races while watching them on TV using a whip! Probably the same one he used on the au pair!

To call someone "eccentric" that sexually abuses women, and physically abuses young girls, is a bit wide of the mark.

The 'eccentric' applied to him pre abuse stage.
